- Orphans and abandoned children face the harshest realities of extreme poverty:
• Sleeping on streets, in unfinished buildings, or unsafe environments
• Begging or scavenging for food
• Exposure to violence, abuse, and exploitation

• Severe malnutrition and preventable illnesses
• Emotional trauma from neglect or the loss of loved ones

Health, age, emotional status, educational level, and background assessment.
Step 4: Placement
Reunification with extended family (if safe), foster arrangement, or foundation-supported care.
Step 5: Long-Term Monitoring
Regular check-ups, school visitations, welfare monitoring, and progress support.
